CURRENT VACANCIES 

1. SENIOR ACCOUNT OFFICER  

LOCATION : Lekki-Ajah axis, Lagos

JOB SPECIFICATION

•           A university degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy

•           At least 5 years cognate experience

•           Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA is necessary

•           Provide technical support and advice to the accounting team

•           Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles

•           Ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks

•           Coordinate and assist in planning and running audits

 

2. LEGAL OFFICER  

Location: Lagos

Requirements:

• First degree in Law and good understanding of property law

• Minimum of 3 years and above post NYSC experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft office application

• Process documents for the company

• Review and prepare real estate documents, file liens, and draft deeds

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE 

Location :  Lekki-Ajah axis Lagos

Requirement : 

•           HND / BSC in any discipline

•           Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role

•           Candidate must possess good interpersonal and communication skills

•           Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required

•           Strong working knowledge of office procedures

 Job Description  

•           Greet clients and set a positive work atmosphere

•           Answer questions and address complaints

•           Answer all incoming calls and sort the distribution of incoming mail(s)

•           Receive messages and redirect phone calls to appropriate offices

•           Operate office equipment such as photocopier, printers etc.

•           Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

4. PROJECT MANAGER  

Job Responsibility:

The successful Project Manager will be responsible to manage the development process from project inception to project completion. The Project Manager will also manage the land development, infrastructure and approval process for all sites.

As a successful candidate, you will:

•           Always be customer service oriented

•           Able to work across all geographical locations across the country where sites are situated

•           Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

•           Create and provide ownership type reporting on all projects, throughout the development process

•           Support the development and engineering construction processes and occupancy of speculative industrial space

Qualifications & Requirements:

•           A minimum of 8-10 years previous construction, development or commercial real estate experience

•           Industrial specific experience is preferred

•           Bachelor’s Degree is required: degree in Project Management is preferred

•           MSc in Project Management & PMP Certification will be an added advantage
